About Hendre
Hendre Vorster is a Co-Founder and Director of Jonker Vorster Attorneys, with approximately 25 years of legal practice experience since 2001. He is a problem solver at heart and thrives on taking complex legal matters and turning them into manageable situations that serve his clients' best interests.
Throughout his career, Hendre has focused on litigation, commercial, and property matters. He leads the firm's litigation practice, handling 450+ contested matters per year across the Magistrate's Court, High Court, and alternative dispute resolution forums. His admission as a Conveyancer in 2008 expanded the firm's property law capability, and he has also made a significant impact in the education sector, assisting schools across the country with their legal needs since 2002.
Beyond the courtroom, Hendre has been a driving force behind the firm's technology initiatives, co-founding Jumping Fox Software, founding the Online Arbitration Centre, and co-founding the South African Chamber of Arbitration. He qualified as a Business Rescue Practitioner to better serve commercial clients facing financial distress.
Hendre is passionate about people and values his role as a family man. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and exploring new recipes.
